SCOPE OF WORK:
A new K-5 school with academic instruction areas, computer labs, art, science, and music classrooms, library, gymnasium, cafeteria, dining area with a stage platform, and administrative offices. On-site improvements include faculty and visitor parking areas, drop-off areas for buses and automobiles, covered walkways, storm water drainage, detention pond, sanitary sewer infrastructure, and all associated utilities. Additional amenities include multiple aluminum walkway canopies, an 1/8 mile concrete running track, multiple concrete parking lot areas, hard tops, open grass playing areas, and includes utilities for up to eight (8) future portables on site.

2. New Elementary School with 127,663 sq foot, on a 14.25 acre site located at Miramesa and
West Road for Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District.
