Scope of Work:
The Eastern Hills High School Miscellaneous Renovations project involves interior work renovating the lower and main level locker rooms. Within this area of renovations, accessibility will be addressed to fix the accessibility route between the lower-level locker room, south gym, and main-level locker room with a lift/elevator. A heaving slab in the lower-level corridor will be removed and replaced. Windows in the upper-level
counseling suite will also be replaced. And for the exterior scope of work, there will be turf, trees, benches, and walkways added to a small area that is adjacent to the east side of the school building..
PRE-BID DATE:
A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 3:30 p.m. CST on February 22, 2023 , at the Eastern Hills High School Auditorium, 5701 Shelton St., Fort Worth, TX 76112, for all interested parties. Please allow 15 minutes before the meeting to check in at the front desk administration office, and will be escorted to the meeting location. This meeting is not mandatory, but the information discussed will be very helpful in preparing the proposal. Any questions asked and answered during the meeting will be available through the electronic bid system.
BID DATE:
All 2017 Capital Improvement construction procurement responses must be submitted electronically through the electronic bid system. That system can be found at https://fwisd.ionwave.net/.
Completed CSP Package Parts 1-A, 1-B, and 1-C must be submitted through IonWave no later than
March 2, 2023 before 2:30 PM (CST).
Any materials received after the respective closing date/times will not be considered.
