SCOPE OF WORK:
This Scope includes all work associated with The Promenade Apartments new construction of 212 residential apartment units consisting of (52) one, (128) two, and (32) three bedroom(s) with a 5% mix of (11) ADA units and a 2% mix of (5) A/V units. The project is located in Beaumont, TX and consists of (2) buildings, a clubhouse, a maintenance building, (10) garages, and (5) trash enclosures. This project DOES have prevailing wage requirements. Scope includes all interior and exterior building trades.

There are no other bidding General Contractors on this project. We already have the job and are seeking qualified subcontractors to perform the work for us.
