NOTICE: INVITATION TO BID

SCOPE OF WORK:
ORG 225 – Daniel Webster Elementary – Project consists of the following:
1. Front Entry Addition and Renovation: A new secure front entry vestibule will be provided at the main entry. Existing offices will be renovated to provide new reception and administration spaces.
Landscaping improvements and accessible route to the entry will be provided.
2. Kitchen Addition and Cafeteria Renovation: A new kitchen addition will be provided adjacent to the
existing cafeteria. The kitchen addition will provide new two-line server and new food service equipment. The existing cafeteria will be renovated and the existing kitchen will be demolished to
increase the area of the cafeteria.
3. Existing Building Renovations: Renovations throughout the existing building address life-cycle and educational adequacy improvements to the following areas: playground and vehicular traffic areas, interior finishes, classroom teaching surfaces, interior room and wayfinding signage, window and exterior sealant replacement, exterior painting, new exterior digital marquee, mechanical system replacement, fire alarm system replacement, and security and technology infrastructure.
4. Abatement of hazardous materials in the existing building.

$9,400,000.00 to $11,700,000.00

Completed CSP Package Part 1-A, 1-B and 1-C are due on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 2:00 PM (local
time);

Completed CSP Package Part 2 is due on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at 3:00 PM (local time)

Any materials received after the respective closing dates / times will not be considered.

The District will open and read the names of the proposers and prices submitted in responsive CSPs
beginning at 3:00 P.M. local time upon submittal of Part 2 of the Package, via Join Zoom Meeting:
