SCOPE OF WORK:
ORG # 185 – William B. Miller Elementary School – Project consists of the following: Renovation – Minor
Interior Renovation to Include but not limited the following:

1. Gymnasium and Administration
2. Replace RTU’s
3. Clean Exterior Façade at Entrances
4. Clean and Paint Exterior Railing
5. New Security Vestibule
6. New Corridor Floor

BUDGET:
Total Estimated Construction Budget (CCL + Allowances) for CSP# 206913 $5,136,296

PRE-BID & LOCATION:
A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 4:00PM on 07/10/2023 (Monday) via William B. Miller Elementary School Auditorium for all interested parties. This meeting is not mandatory, but information discussed will be extremely helpful in preparation of the proposal.**

BID-DATE & LOCATION:
All Construction Services construction procurements must be physically delivered to the Construction Services office, at the Linus D. Wright Dallas ISD Administration Building 9400 North Central Expressway, Suite 800 Dallas, TX 75231. (Call 972.925.7200 for directions). Delivery to other locations will result in rejection of a CSP.

Completed CSP Package Part 1-A, 1-B and 1-C are due on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at 2:00 PM (local
time).

Completed CSP Package Part 2 is due on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at 3:00 PM (local time).

OWNER’S PROJECT MANAGER (PM) Dikita Enterprises will be the Owner’s Project Manager (PM) for the management of planning,
design, permitting, construction, and post-construction for this CSP. All correspondence and
communication during the contract finalization, construction and post-construction processes
shall be directed to the Architect/Engineer firm (A/E) with copy to Dikita Enterprises. During
construction, the PM shall have authority to act on behalf of Dallas ISD for Owner related
direction.
