Construction is expected to begin 10/01/25 and be substantially complete in the 08/15/27 and ready for the Fall semester in August 2027.

PRE-BID DATE:
A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 11 a.m. CST on 07/08/25, at the Maudrie Walton ES, 5816 Ricken Backer Pl, Fort Worth Texas 76112, for all interested parties. Please allow 15 minutes before the meeting to check in at the front desk administration office, and will be escorted to the meeting location. This meeting is not mandatory, but the information discussed will be very helpful in preparing the proposal. Any questions asked and answered during the meeting will be available through the electronic bid system.

All 2021 Capital Improvement construction procurement responses must be submitted electronically through the electronic bid system. That system can be found at https://fwisd.ionwave.net/.

BID DATE:
Completed CSP Package Parts 1-A, 1-B, and 1-C must be submitted through IonWave no later than 07/22/25, before 3PM (CST).

Any materials received after the respective closing date/times will not be considered. The District will open and read the names of the proposers and prices submitted in responsive CSPs, 07/22/25 at 3 P.M. upon submittal of Part 1-A, 1-B, and 1-C of the Package, at the Fort Worth ISD Central Administration

Building, at 7060 Camp Bowie, Fort Worth, TX 76116. No further information will be publicly released until after the date the Agenda is publicized for the Board of Education meeting.
